I’ve decided to offer, as a bridge between your participation in the How to Deploy the Secret Sauce of Opportunistic Strategy program and formal legal representation, a mastermind-like Strategy Working Group Program.
What's a Working Group?
As in a mastermind group, we’ll all be focused on the subject of strategy, specifically on how each participant can view, develop, and deploy strategy in regard to their personal and business entity efforts. However, unlike the classic mastermind, I will personally guide the conversation and provide insight from my work with highly strategic clients over the course of six decades.
The Working Group will be limited to 10 people in order to deliver the most value.
Benefits
We’ll meet via video conference every other week for approximately an hour starting in the late afternoon Central time.
In addition to discussing very specific issues in regard to establishing and deploying business and negotiation strategy, we’ll focus on your particular strategy issues. I’ll be there to guide the discussion, contribute my insight, and moderate the participants’ contribution of insight.
Who It's For
Participation in the working group is only for those who are very serious about making a quantum improvement in the way that they view, design, and deploy strategy in their personal and business entity affairs.
Investment Required
$1,500 per month, billed monthly. Or, $15,000 billed annually in advance, a $3,000 savings.

The Not At All Small Print
The Working Group is an educational program; it is not legal representation. Although we ask each participant to agree not to disclose to others what transpires during group meetings, because it is not legal representation, there is no formal protection of the conversations and there is no attorney-client privilege because there is no legal representation as a result of participating in the program. If you are at any time then-currently a client of The Mark F. Weiss Law Firm, a Professional Corporation, what transpires during group meetings is outside of the scope of representation.
Because the fees are paid for participation in an educational program, they are not refundable and, if your payment is by way of credit card, you agree not to institute chargeback proceedings for any charges made in regard to program participation.
The strategy concepts to be discussed during the Working Group Program work, but there is absolutely no guarantee that they will work for you.
By your participation, you agree to hold Mark F. Weiss and The Mark F. Weiss Law Firm, a Professional Corporation, and each of its shareholders, assigns, agents, employees, representatives and attorneys, harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, damages and penalties, including without limitation, attorneys' fees, relating to, arising out of or in connection with your business or personal efforts in relation to the content of the Working Group.
